What is the typical timeline for a product implementation?
The duration varies depending on the product and deployment scale. A standard implementation takes 4 to 8 weeks from contract signing to the first actual training session. We provide a detailed timeline during the demo session.
Do you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes, integrating with client systems is a cornerstone of our ecosystem. We develop custom integrations after a technical assessment session covering your existing LMS, HR, and assessment systems. Integration is defined during the planning phase and executed within the implementation plan.
What size team is required from the client side?
At minimum: two people from the client side — an operations coordinator and a technical lead. We handle implementation, operation, and initial training. The client’s field team becomes self-sufficient after 2 to 4 training sessions from our team.
Do you offer a free demo?
Yes, the demo session lasts 45 minutes and includes a hands-on experience of one of the products. For large enterprise projects, we discuss during the session the possibility of an extended trial period (Pilot) before final contracting.
